  • Two Part time positions (3 days a week each) Mon – Fri 8 am to 4.10 pm
  • Supporting with General Office Administration and be first point of contact for visitors

  • Experienced and qualified Social Worker able to provide intensive support and case management for clients impacted by family, domestic or sexual violence within the Marnin Family Support and Legal Unit (MFSLU)
  • Working holistically in a healing informed and trauma aware community organisation to support individuals and families 

Requirements:

  • Membership of the Australian Association of Social Workers or ability to obtain
  • WA Working with children clearance or ability to obtain 
  • WA Drivers Licence 
  • Police check valid within 6 months or ability to obtain  
  • Prepared to work in a remote Indigenous setting in Australia

Excellent opportunity for an innovative and dynamic early childhood professional looking for meaningful work within an Aboriginal Organisation that has an integrated approach of wellbeing, quality education and care for the children.

Work collaboratively with the Manager to provide innovative Educational Leadership, staff mentoring and program development, workplace health and safety and sustainable practices, for the Baya Gawiy Early Childhood Learning Unit.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor of Early Childhood Education
  • Current Senior First Aid Certificate (with Anaphylaxis and Emergency Asthma Management)

Manager - Baya Gawiy Early Childhood Learning Unit

 Excellent opportunity for an innovative and dynamic early childhood service manager looking for meaningful work within an Aboriginal Organisation that has an integrated approach of wellbeing, quality education and care for the children.

Provide transformational leadership by stimulating, inspiring and empowering the team to meet the objectives and goals of the Marninwarntikurra Women’s Resource Centre (MWRC) for Baya Gawiy Early Childhood Learning Unit in Fitzroy Crossing.  Lead the team to work within the MWRC healing framework, Early Years philosophy, guiding principles, shared behaviors and strategic goals, as set out in the 2020-2025 Strategic Plan.


Requirements:

  • ACECQA approved Early Childhood Education Diploma or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education with frontline management skills or qualifications
  • Current Senior First Aid Certificate (with Anaphylaxis and Emergency Asthma Management)
