MWRC is seeking to appoint a suitably experienced Social worker to its ‘Strengthening Families’ team.  You will be part of a multidisciplinary group that works together to provide wrap-around support for families experiencing family and domestic violence.

Youth Social & Emotional Wellbeing Practitioner
Location and Team:
 Marulu Team,  Fitzroy Crossing, WA

The Youth SEWB Practitioner is a varied and responsive role that provides wraparound supports for young people living in the Fitzroy Valley. You will work directly with young person to identify needs, set goals, and develop client care plans to improve social and emotional wellbeing. The Youth SEWB Practitioner will conduct brief evidence-based assessments for triaging and support.
